Who is responsible for your information?
SJT Plastering is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. If you have a question about your information or want to exercise a privacy right, contact Sam at sam@sjtplastering.co.uk or call 07545 319979.
Information collected
When you use the enquiry form, you may provide your first and last name, email address, telephone number, postcode, property address and information about the work you would like to discuss.
The website also uses security technology to identify spam or automated form submissions. If you choose to allow analytics, information about visits—such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached the website—may be collected to help improve the site.
How the information is used
- To respond to enquiries and arrange quotations.
- To provide requested plastering services.
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse of the enquiry form.
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
- To understand and improve the website, where analytics have been allowed.
Enquiry information is used to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for the legitimate interests of responding to customers and operating the business securely. Optional analytics are used only after you have made a choice to allow them.
Who information is shared with
Information is not sold. It may be processed by trusted service providers used to operate the website and respond to enquiries, including Vercel for website hosting, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security and Google Analytics if you allow analytics. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to professional advisers where necessary.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate contractual or other recognised safeguards are relied upon where required.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally kept for no longer than 24 months. Information connected with completed work may be kept for longer where needed for accounting, tax, legal or warranty purposes. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage may be used for website security and to remember your privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics does not load unless you select “Allow analytics”. If you decline, the website continues to work normally.
You can review or change your analytics choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops analytics from loading on later page views and removes available Google Analytics cookies from this website.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict its use or object to its use. You may also withdraw analytics permission at any time.
Contact SJT Plastering first if you have a privacy concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
External services
Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and email or telephone applications take you to services operated by other organisations. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.

This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
